Products may be returned at customer's expense within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in new condition, tags attached, accessories included. Returned
merchandise must include a copy of the receipt and return form to be eligible for credit or exchange.

After inspection of the item, we will issue a credit for the cost of the product only. No refunds are issued for shipping costs. Exchanges will be processed as a new sale. Charges will be made for the new item only; there are no additional shipping costs for an exchange. New merchandise will be shipped via UPS Ground, or best method, as determined by lexie barnes.

Please note that sales on factory outlet items are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
